Above anything, you are welcome into Lucy Lane Beauty Therapy and it is our mission for you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Please take a moment to read the following information to benefit your time with us.
We are child friendly and cater to all needs and situations. For your child’s safety, liability reasons and to ensure a tranquil ambience for you and other clients, we ask that children are supervised throughout your appointment.
Mobile phones are part of everyday life but we request they be turned off or set on silent during your treatment, not only to ensure your visit with us is to your expectation but also for the consideration of others.
We do understand that unexpected problems arise from time to time, but we do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. This also assists our client waiting list. We then reserve the right to ask for a deposit when you reschedule your next appointment.
Appointments with a duration of an hour or longer may require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable except under strict consideration of circumstances.
