Upon booking an Wedding, Photographic, all special occasion Makeup/Beauty/Hair services with Lucy Lane and its sub-contractors or affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


Bookings can be made up to 1 day before if places are still available. Booking is fully secure upon email confirmation of payment of a deposit.


Full payment is due at time of booking the trial. The trial appointment may be changed once with 2 weeks notice or the payment is forfeited. We have the right to refuse a reschedule within the two week time frame of the trial appointment. Booking a trial doesn’t guarantee your event date will be held for you without full deposit payment. We are not obliged to hold the date for you without a deposit nor is it our responsibility to notify you as a reminder or that we have booked the date. All makeup appointments and bridal trials require a full amount deposit, and a minimum of one week to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee and no refunds given. 


A surcharge of $50 is charged for early morning bookings if the booking is required to start before 7am.


All Wedding, Photographic, all special occasion Makeup/Beauty/Hair Bookings Require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, and require a minimum of 6 weeks notice to cancel your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee. This fee is non refundable. Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, (an invoice) will be sent to your email. The balance stated is to be finalized one month prior to your makeup appointment or wedding booking. Payment types include, Direct Deposit into nominated account, credit card and cash. Should direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and a payment receipt provided to you by your bank. We are not obliges to stay with you if we have completed our work before our estimated completion time. We may refuse to follow any instructions (including posing for photographs) that are outside our scope of work we are contracted to do. You may increase the number of services at any time provided we can allocate an artist and time permits.


To secure your booking, the deposit amount is required in full at the time of booking. If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify us in accordance with the details listed in the Services above. At that time, we will reschedule your booking or refund your full deposit or depending on time frames you may forfeit your deposit. You may not reschedule your wedding day/photoshoot booking., only trials can be rescheduled within our guidelines.


Travel Fee is applicable when traveling to locations more the 8 kms outside of Brisbane CBD if the booking is under 5 people and a quote can be provided upon your request.


In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking. 


Lucy Lane requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Lucy Lane have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.


Lucy Lane reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes, only with your written consent.
